Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification(NO CALL NO SHOW) will be charged in full for the scheduled service. I recognize the time of our clients and myself is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. I understand life happens and I will do my best to reschedule your appointment based on my policy. Your appointment can be rescheduled without being charged the deposit if it’s: • At your own request, at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment •Illness(either parties) • Any unforeseen emergencies • Contraindications(in which a waiver form MUST be completed at least 24hrs after booking) PLEASE reach out if you’re sick to reschedule.
